Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to plan and manage technical projects from initiation through delivery. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, risks, milestones, and stakeholders, while using Agile methodologies, AI-enabled tools, and automation to improve project delivery.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and manage end-to-end delivery of technical solutions.
• Manage projects involving networks, software, and technology platforms.
• Use AI-assisted tools to support project planning, scheduling, risk management, and milestone development.
• Use automation tools to maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, DevOps, Sales, and Business teams.
• Ensure alignment, collaboration, and effective communication across teams.

Agile & Scrum

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Drive continuous process improvement throughout development lifecycles.
• Work within Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.

Stakeholder Communication

• Provide regular project updates and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Present solutions and findings to leadership.
• Use AI-assisted tools to generate reports, summaries, and project insights.

Financial & Milestone Management

• Track project milestones and delivery progress.
• Provide clear and concise project status updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to support reporting, summaries, and insights.

Risk & Issue Management

• Proactively identify, track, and resolve project risks, roadblocks, and bottlenecks.
• Use data and analytics to support decision-making and improve delivery outcomes.
• Apply AI-assisted analysis to improve risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution.

Technology Focus

• Manage projects involving broadband devices and technologies such as DOCSIS, PON, and Wi-Fi.
• Manage projects related to AI/ML, automation, and sales support initiatives.
• Ensure project solutions are scalable and reliable.

AI-Enabled Delivery & Automation

• Use AI tools to automate reporting, status updates, and documentation.
• Use automation to streamline project workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency through AI and automation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager on cross-functional programs involving Engineering, Product, DevOps, and stakeholders.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical projects in telecom, ISP, cable/broadband, SaaS, or large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) and/or SCPO with at least 2 years of active facilitation experience.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional technical projects with five or more concurrent workstreams.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in analyzing, planning, and developing project schedules.
• Ability to define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for project team members.
• Experience conducting regular technical team meetings to address project-related questions and challenges.
• Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools for project planning, reporting, and delivery tracking.
• Familiarity with automation tools and Agile tool integrations, such as Jira automation.
• Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve project delivery outcomes.
