Role: Reliability Engineer

Location: Pune / Gurgaon 

Work Mode: Onsite (Pune) 

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 4–10 Years 

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. 

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Reliability Engineer with expertise in C Programming, Linux, Data Structures, and Layer 2/Layer 3 Networking Protocols. The role focuses on improving system stability, reliability, and performance across networking solutions. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and develop reliable software components in C. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues. 
  • Develop and optimize networking applications on Linux. 
  • Analyze system failures and implement preventive solutions. 
  • Work with L2/L3 networking protocols. 
  • Perform root cause analysis for production issues. 
  • Collaborate with development and testing teams. 
  • Ensure software quality, scalability, and performance. 

Required Skills

  • Strong programming skills in C 
  • Good knowledge of Linux 
  • Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms 
  • Hands-on experience with L2/L3 Networking Protocols 
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills 
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. 
  • Experience in embedded networking or telecom products is an added advantage.
