Role:
We are looking for a skilled L3 Support Specialist with expertise in Billing/Kenan systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth system operations, handling critical incidents, and providing expert-level support for billing processes.
Location: Pune/Gurgaon (Hybrid – Pune preferred)
Shifts: 7 AM – 4 PM / 2 PM – 11 PM (Rotational Week-offs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex code and system issues.
- Manage and maintain source code, ensuring best practices in version control.
- Handle incident management, service requests, and system restoration.
- Provide end-to-end billing support and assist with process optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps and suggest improvements.
- Maintain and update database tables, support data modeling requirements.
- Ensure timely communication and reporting of issues to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong experience in Kenan billing system or equivalent.
- Proficient in L3 Support operations – incident handling, defect resolution, service requests.
- Experience with database tables, data modeling, and SQL queries.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
