• Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using tools such as Cognos, Power BI, or Tableau to support operational and strategic decision-making. 
• Perform data analytics and processing to derive insights from structured and semi-structured datasets. 
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide ad hoc analytical support by preparing custom datasets and visualizations. 
• Ensure accuracy and performance of BI solutions by validating data sources and optimizing dashboard/report performance. 
• Continuously enhance reporting solutions to reflect evolving business needs and KPIs.
