Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Engineer with strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience developing Generative AI applications using LangChain, LangGraph, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate should have expertise in prompt engineering, agentic workflows, API integrations, and graph-based conversational systems. The role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing intelligent AI solutions with scalable and reliable architectures.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using Python.
• Build and deploy Generative AI solutions using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Develop complex, stateful, and branching conversational workflows.
• Design, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models.
• Integrate external APIs, tools, and data sources into AI-driven applications.
• Develop workflow automation using agentic AI frameworks.
• Implement and evaluate agentic workflows using relevant evaluation tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve AI application performance and reliability.
• Support the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of AI applications.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Python, including asynchronous programming, data structures, and object-oriented design.
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining applications using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models such as OpenAI GPT-3/4, Anthropic Claude, Meta Llama, or similar models.
• Familiarity with Small Language Models (SLMs).
• Expertise in prompt engineering, testing, and optimization.
• Experience designing and debugging complex conversational workflows using LangGraph.
• Knowledge of API development and integration with external tools and data sources.
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience developing workflow automation using agentic frameworks.
• Understanding of agentic AI application evaluation techniques and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Basic knowledge of data engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with PySpark and Databricks.
