Role: .NET Developer – Kubernetes and Helm

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer with expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, and distributed systems to develop and maintain scalable cloud-native applications. The role focuses on building backend services, automating deployments, managing distributed storage, and implementing secure, event-driven architectures. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, container orchestration, and infrastructure automation, along with excellent English communication skills for international collaboration.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Backend Services & APIs: Develop .NET Core microservices with REST APIs and dynamically generated GraphQL endpoints.
  • Distributed Storage Systems: Implement multi-site replication, versioning, backup and restore policies, and high-availability patterns.
  • Kubernetes Deployment Automation: Develop custom C# tools that simplify infrastructure management and support multiple deployment targets.
  • Cloud-Native Infrastructure: Manage container orchestration, service meshes, automated certificate management, and network configuration.
  • Event-Driven Architecture: Design asynchronous, eventually consistent systems with distributed coordination.
  • Security & Authentication: Integrate OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect single sign-on (SSO) across platform components.
  • Microservices Development: Build backend services that deliver customer-facing capabilities, including AI integration.
  • Comprehensive Testing: Develop automated test suites, including validation of full multi-cluster scenarios.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Backend & Distributed Systems (Must-Have)

  • Strong experience with .NET Core and C#, including async/await, dependency injection, and .NET 6 or later.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes deployments, persistent storage, multi-node clusters, and Helm charts.
  • Understanding of distributed systems, eventual consistency, message brokers such as RabbitMQ, and asynchronous programming patterns.
  • Experience with Docker or Podman, multi-stage builds, and container orchestration.
  • Knowledge of cloud object storage patterns, including S3-compatible systems and replication strategies.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases, indexing, and search platforms.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, for international collaboration.

DevOps & Infrastructure (Highly Valued)

  • Experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, automated pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and EKS, or equivalent cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and enterprise identity providers.
  • Experience with PowerShell or Bash scripting and deployment automation.
  • Familiarity with observability tools, metrics, and logging.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Frontend development experience with Vue.js and TypeScript for full-stack collaboration.
  • Knowledge of media workflows or the broadcast industry.
  • Experience with multi-region and multi-cloud deployment patterns.
