Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Backend CSM developer to join our team in Pune or Gurgaon. In this role,
you will be responsible for implementing and supporting backend systems that power our Amdocs
CSM, ensuring seamless integration with client systems and contributing to the delivery of
exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services that support CSM functionality
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into
  technical solutions
• Implement RESTful APIs to facilitate data exchange between systems
• Optimize database queries and improve application performance
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Support production deployments and provide post-implementation support
• Collaborate with global teams for knowledge sharing and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong proficiency in C, C++, Unix, Scripting, Tuxedo
• Experience with database technologies like SQL, Oracle
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the telecommunications or media industry
• Knowledge of Amdocs products and solutions
• Experience with automated testing frameworks
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience
