Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced and motivated SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP CI and a good understanding of other modules within the SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) suite. The candidate should be capable of managing invoicing processes, integration points, and end-to-end billing flows in complex enterprise environments. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Configure and implement SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) functionalities, including invoice preparation, billable item management, and invoice document generation. 
  • Integrate CI with SAP Convergent Charging (CC), SAP Convergent Mediation (CM), and SAP FI-CA
  • Understand and map business processes related to subscription billing, rating, and invoicing cycles. 
  • Manage end-to-end billing and invoicing processes for large-scale enterprise customers. 
  • Troubleshoot issues in invoicing, master data, integration flows, and revenue posting. 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support. 
  • Participate in project phases such as blueprinting, realization, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment. 
  • Support periodic billing runs and reconciliation activities post go-live. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)
  • Hands-on experience in Billable Items, Billing Documents, Invoicing Documents, and Aggregation Logic
  • Good understanding of SAP BRIM architecture, including SAP CC, SAP CM, and SAP FI-CA
  • Experience in integration using standard tools (IDocs, Web Services, RFCs, etc.). 
  • Strong knowledge of billing cycles, invoicing configuration, accounting integration, and taxation logic
  • Basic knowledge of SAP FICA processes like dunning, payments, and clearing is a plus. 

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience with S/4HANA BRIM environments. 
  • Exposure to  SAP Subscription Billing, or hybrid billing models
